Aloha and welcome to Hale "Ono Kane Kai", our spacious, 3 bedroom, two & 1/2 bath, oceanfront home in Kekaha. Custom constructed in 2004, this home has three separate lanais, totaling 1100 square feet of "OUTSIDE" living area, and an additional 1700 sq ft inside.
West Kauai is home to the longest, continuous stretch of white sand beach in the entire state of Hawaii. (over 15 miles long). Additionally, Kekaha is the closest town on the island to the world famous "Polihale" Beach, which is arguably the most incredible beach in all of Hawaii.
After a day at one of West Kauai’s incredible beaches, you can rinse off in the private, outdoor shower. At night, let the sounds of the ocean’s waves rock you to sleep.
Kekaha is located on the "Sunny" west side of Kauai and is the western most town in the US. With an average annual rainfall of less that 20 inches, you can almost be guaranteed a warm, sunny vacation, regardless of the time of year! This is like traveling back in time to the way Hawaii used to be. No crowded beaches, no tourist traps, no hotel resorts, just sun, surf and people who remember what the "Spirit of Aloha" really means.
The living area of this house is actually the second floor making the unobstructed ocean views from every window even more spectacular. The master bedroom suite has a beautiful stone and glass block shower. Ladies, you will never have to worry about your guy leaving the toilet seat up in this bathroom because he will have his very own, custom, built in urinal! The other two bedrooms and second full bath are extremely private, separated from the main house by a large lanai. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout the house.

Standard Rate(Jan 6 - Aug 31) 5 night minimum during this time of year
$350/night (2 person rate) - $15/night for each additional guest
Fall Rate(Sept 1 - Dec 16) 5 night minimum during this time of year
$300/nigh (2 person rate) - $15/night for each additional guest
Holiday Rate(Dec 17 - Jan 05) 1 week minimum during this time of year
$3045/week (up to 6 guests)

Additional Fees ... Hawaii Tax Rate: 17.96% - Cleaning Fee: $236.00 - Processing Fee: $95
Half down deposit required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date, the deposit is refundable, (Less a $50 cancellation fee and a 3% (of the deposit) processing fee). If a reservation is cancelled within the 90 day prior period, the deposit is refundable only if the cancelled dates are re-rented. The cancellation and processing fees still apply.
