Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date, the deposit is refundable, (Less a $50 cancellation fee and a 3% (of the deposit) processing fee). If a reservation is cancelled within the 90 day prior period, the deposit is refundable only if the cancelled dates are re-rented. The cancellation and processing fees still apply.
