Welcome to Waipouli Beach Resort! This brand new luxury resort is centrally located directly on the beach, between the towns of Kapaa and Wailua on Kauai's beautiful East Shore. This spacious condo features two, king master suites, so if you are traveling with another couple, you will both feel that you have the "Best" bedroom! There is a scenic lanai off the living room as well as both of the bedrooms. From the lanais you have a direct view of the famous Sleeping Giant" mountain as well as a "pick-a-boo" ocean view to the left side of your lanai.

Our "gourmet" kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, African Mahogany counters and solid granite counters, is truly the Ultimate and will impress even the most discriminating chef. We also have a full sized washer and dryer so you can pack light!

The very upscale furnishings, featuring names like Lexington and Tommy Bahama, are the finest available and brand new. To assure you rest peacefully, luxury bed linens and a variety of pillow options have been provided in both suites.

We have everything you will need to keep "connected" and to satisfy your entertainment needs while on Kauai. There is high speed, wireless Internet access, a stereo CD player, 3 LCD flat screen televisions, DVD players, VCR and cable with all the premium channels.

You are less than 5 minutes from the Coconut Marketplace where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants and even a movie theater. What can I say...what an amazing trip and so hard to come home. The condo was truly spectacular and a great treat. Every detail was in place, all the amenities were top of the line, which made the last five days of my vacation truly memorable. I am a designer and I can tell you the furniture the linens the artwork the attention to detail with the crown molding down to the floors were outstanding. Again I want to express my biggest Aloha for making our stay memorable.
