Welcome to Kauai Beach Villas G-15, which is literally the most luxurious condo in the resort. This unit has always had the best view in the complex, but now with such an upscale interior, it proudly takes the title of "No Ka Oi". (The BEST).

There are more expensive condos at this resort, but why pay more ....  you will NOT find a nicer one!   The beautiful Kitchen is a chef's dream, with all the best and full sized appliances. If you decide to stay in for an evening, you'll find everything you need to prepare an island feast, AND you can dine oceanfront without ever leaving "home".

The large master suite features a king bed and it's own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, so this condo can accommodate 4, or even 6 people. There is also a 2nd full bath right next to the 2nd bedroom. We provide Time Warner Cable TV service, with TVs in the living room, as well as both bedrooms. There is also a DVD player, VCR, Stereo system, telephones, answering machine,  and best of all, we just installed new digital phone service, so you can now make unlimited phone calls anywhere in the US or Canada FREE of charge while staying at this condo!

There are walls of glass across the front of the condo with such an amazing ocean front view, it will take your breath away. There are 3 outside lanais, and with some of the most incredible views on the planet, trust me, you will find yourself spending most of your time out there. In the winter months, your ocean side lanai is also your front row seat for watching the whales that make these Hawaiian waters their winter home. Watch them jump, splash and play right in front of your lanai! The sun rises over the ocean right out in front of your lanai so you can experience these unforgettable displays of color each morning without ever leaving your condo, and you may even be lucky enough to experience a beautiful Kauai "Moon Rise" over the ocean as well!

Convenience and location are also key attractions here, You are within minutes of a huge marketplace, restaurants, beaches, movie theater, a 24-hour Safeway grocery store, Long’s Drug’s and even a Blockbuster video. Only 5 minutes from the airport, Kauai Beach Villas is literally the midway point of the island between the north shore area of Hanalei, and the Waimea Canyon area to the south & west. Also within 5 minutes of the resort is the Wailua River, the Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls, Opaeka’a Falls, Lydgate State Beach Park (Perfect for snorkeling), Golf, boutiques and art galleries.   We have our own pool & spa at the condo complex, but because we are the adjoining property to the Kauai Beach Resort Hotel, you also have the opportunity to use their facilities, and gorgeous ocean front pool. (For a small daily fee). The hotel also has a restaurant & bar.
