Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $50 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 90 days out. Within 90 days, Full refund if rental can be resold for the length and terms of the original reservation.

What a fantastic vacation at a perfect location. From the moment we rented our car and saw a full rainbow as we left the rental agency, and then arrived at the beautiful condo at sunset, to the beautiful late afternoons enjoying the turtles in the cove from the lanai, to all the little things offered at the condo, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The long distance phone calls, the beach towels, a washer and dryer, and the décor. We loved it all.

* I have stayed in some of Chads other properties and was so impressed with the high quality spec and attention to detail in his condos - this was no exception !! This 2 bedroom unit is newly renovated to a very high standard ( I was the 2nd guest after the renovation).   The condo is large and very private. The master suite was huge and could be made completely separate to the main living areas.   Everything was included - gourmet kitchen, home theatre system, washer and dryer. The condo is absolute ocean front. The view and sound of the constantly crashing waves was amazing. From the large lanai you could also sit and watch seals and turtles playing in the surf below.   I imagine the view during whale-watching season must be even better. The condo is not overlooked and is very private. Being Ocean front meant I always had a cool breeze.   In fact on a couple of occasions, I had to close my windows as it was so breezy ! I would recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely stay there again !!!
